• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
• Not submit false, misleading, or spam tool submissions

3. Content accuracy

We strive to keep tool information (pricing, features, availability) accurate and up to date. However, AI tool offerings change rapidly. AIFans makes no warranty that information on the Site is current, complete, or error-free. Always verify details directly with the tool's official website before making purchasing decisions.

4. Third-party tools and links

The Site contains links to third-party AI tools and websites. These links are provided for convenience only. AIFans does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party website. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that tool's own terms and privacy policy.

5. Tool submissions

By submitting a tool for inclusion in our directory, you confirm that:

• You have the authority to submit the tool
• The information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• The tool does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

AIFans reserves the right to accept or reject any submission at our discretion, and to remove listed tools at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The AIFans name, logo, and original content on this Site are the property of AIFans and may not be reproduced without permission. Tool names, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective owners. Tool logos displayed via the Clearbit Logo API are the property of their respective companies.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AIFans does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIFans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any AI tool discovered through the Site.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. AIF Token contributor program

The following additional terms apply to the AIFans Contributor Program and AIF Token rewards:

• Utility only.AIF Tokens ("AIF") are utility reward tokens, not securities, investment instruments, or financial products. They carry no expectation of profit, no dividend or buyback commitment, and no representation of ownership in AIFans or any related entity.
• Wallet address responsibility. Contributors are solely responsible for providing an accurate Solana wallet address. Tokens sent to an incorrect or inaccessible address are permanently lost. AIFans bears no liability for such losses.
• Reward discretion. AIFans reserves the right to withhold, reduce, or revoke AIF Token rewards for contributions that are found to be plagiarised, AI-generated without original value, duplicated, spam, or in violation of these Terms.
• Airdrop schedule. Token airdrops occur on a weekly schedule (Sundays UTC) and are subject to change without notice. On-chain transaction records are the sole source of truth for token distribution.
• Program changes. AIFans may adjust, suspend, or terminate the Contributor Program or token reward amounts at any time. Tokens already airdropped to your wallet are unaffected by future programme changes.
• No account, no custody. AIFans does not hold, custody, or control contributor wallets. We will never ask you to connect your wallet to the Site or sign any transaction.
